Only 7 minutes by water from Goosepond Colony and award winning Docks restaurant. Also 5 minutes from Jackson County Park and KC's BBQ. Just a short drive into Scottsboro to shop at Unclaimed Baggage.

Multi family Lake Guntersville trip

The location of River's Edge is perfect. Close to town but felt secluded, 30 min drive to Lake Guntersville state park. The property exceeded our expectations and hosts were great. The waterfront and dock are amazing for hanging out, fishing, boating or stargazing from the hot tub. We can’t wait to go back when the water is warm enough to swim in!
