About this property

Relaxing quiet 1.5 acre home with private pool.

Our Orange City home sits on 1.5 acres. Quiet neighborhood comfortable for a family, couples, or single traveler.

Open concept living kitchen and dining. 3 bedrooms, master has a king bed and private master bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king bed with full size dresser and closet, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed dresser and closet. Guest wifi available.

Screened in pool, pool is not heated, dining table and couch. BBQ and fire pit outside screen.

Our home is minutes to Blue Springs state park. Minutes to the freeway for easy excess to head up to Daytona or down to Orlando to play at Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Orlando, and many more attractions.

Guests are limited to those specified on the reservation. Additional guests need to be approved by owners. If more than specified (6) there will be a fine of $50 per person per day.

Early check in or late check out can be arranged upon arrival and approved. A fee of $20 per hour.

The house has security cameras to monitor access to the premises. Please know tampering with devises or any connections will result in your reservation cancelled.

There is no smoking in house or any part of the screened in porch. Please keep garbage locked at all times. We have wild animals that may come on the property.

We will be asking for photo ID that will match payment.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Manda was a responsive and courteous host, offering assistance if we needed her help or insight with anything prior to and during our stay. The home was so comfortable for four of us adults, with comfortable king beds in two bedrooms and separate bathroom facilities for each. The home was enjoyable to spend chill time in and the outdoor surroundings were wooded and relaxing. The home was well appointed with necessary amenities, we did not require anything additional. Completely satisfied with our 4 night stay.

Lovely home in a quiet area

The stay was enjoyable overall and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is beautiful with a screened in swimming pool, barbecue, and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. The house was clean upon arrival and included anything you could need to feel like you were at home. The house is located on a large property, which provides the quiet and seclusion we desired. However, it was also within a short driving distance to grocery, gas, restaurants, and even a movie theater. Would book again!

It was a beautiful home

This home is beautiful. Everything is new and up to date . 2 things 1 would definitely install a pool heater pool was very cold . (Time of year) second think the ac is too small for the house or something was wrong froze up or something. It was near 80 degrees our whole 2 days in the house. The ac ran from the time we got there til the time we left . It definitely couldn't keep up . It was 86 outside . The day we left it finally shut off as we checked out it was only 68 outside 78 inside . Was hard to sleep being so hot inside . Other than that amazing lay out and home

Last minute trip

We had a last minute trip to attend a funeral and visit with friends. The host was very accommodating with check in time and check out time… we just paid an additional fee. Everything was well maintained and we had some nice relaxation time in the pool. The house offered some nice amenities not available in all house rentals. We used the air fryer and we were very happy to find a spring water cooler because we forgot to pick up bottled water. They supplied some toiletries in the bathrooms, coffee for the Keurig, some laundry detergent, dryer sheets, all the kitchen supplies you need, and antibacterial wipes for cleaning. We did have an issue keeping it cool in the house. The thermostat kept changing back to 77 degrees and I woke up each night to a 78 degree house. And it’s even warmer in the bedrooms. Other than the auto setting on the thermostat, everything was great! We were thankful to find a great place near our friends and near the funeral location. The host is very responsive and I am sure if I contacted her about the thermostat, it would have been addressed. I never contacted her because it happened during the middle of the night.
