Cozy, North Falmouth spacious ranch with great deck and backyard for entertaining. Great layout with open floor plan and gleaming wood floors. Less than 1 mile to Old Silver Beach and New Silver Beach. Property has window AC units, beach chairs, outdoor shower and security camera on the exterior at the front entrance.

Wonderful stay in North Falmouth

Our family had a great trip over Fourth of July. The house had everything we needed. Easy location to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Great communication with our host. Would definitely stay again!

Nick and Lynn’s home on Lake Saratoga is everything you could possibly want and more. I go there with my boyfriend, dog Oreo and friends every summer. The lake is a beautiful place to visit at any time of year and the house is fully equipped and has the most amazing view. I can’t wait to go back again.

Great, cozy spot in a great location!

This was a great stay for our family! We came into town for a wedding and stayed through the week. We were able to enjoy the great back yard and deck. We also were able to quickly and easily get to the beach. We loved the accessibility to travel for days trips as well! The host was a great communicator. Thanks for a great time!

Not much better than average

I hate to leave negative reviews and rarely do but I ultimately felt like I needed to say something since I felt misled by all the exceptional ratings… I wouldn’t describe this property as much nicer than average. Pros include location, proximity to the beach, large deck and communication with the owner. Cons include seriously uncomfortable mattresses with plastic-feeling mattress protectors, lots of bugs (killed earwigs daily, ant traps all over and ant killing liquid resting by kitchen sink), untidy (leaf blower sitting in kitchen…?) and minimally appointed for weekly stays (1 kitchen dishcloth, no washcloths in kitchen or bathroom, no shower toiletries).We’ll be staying elsewhere for future trips to the cape.
