I can not say enough about the hosts and this property! It is an absolutely beautiful home, somehow both spacious and cozy with everything you need for a perfect stay! The views are wonderful, the layout was great for our girls weekend and the kitchen was ideal for being together while cooking. The hosts were easily accessible, answering any questions immediately. We stayed at the house all weekend, but also appreciated the proximity to restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend this property, as do the 4 women I traveled with and hope to be back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space.

About the host
Hosted by Don Z
We are Massachusetts natives and have been enjoying Cape Cod and this home for decades. We are excited to share this property with a select number of guests who love being near the water and on the Cape as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Our family built this home in the mid eighties. We kept a sailboat in the marina around the corner and when these lots became available, we purchased one and built the home. This ideal location not only gives water access with a boat dock, but is in an exclusive, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. The intent was to have families enjoy the property for many generations. Once you're over the Bourne bridge, you are in the driveway in just 15-20 minutes and ready to beach, boat, fish, golf, mini golf, shop, dine out, bike, run, walk, and more.
What makes this property unique
This unique property is our family's private vacation home and it is kept in top condition. We are allowing a number of rental weeks to approved, respectful guests, in the hopes of sharing this special place with other families and friends. Here is is your opportunity to stay at a spacious, well-kept coastal getaway with all the amenities, beautiful landscaping, and water views.
Several rooms have been recently updated, such as the large family room with new 65" wide-screen smart TV, new carpeting, big couches, and a twin day bed. The open living room-library-dining room space on the first floor also received a makeover last year. The beds have new memory foam mattresses in the three large bedrooms. The recent kitchen is spacious and beautiful with all the cooking pots, pans, and dish-ware you need. The deck has a large gas grill and sideboard to make cooking out an easy option.
Take the bikes up to the Shining Sea rail trail, or enjoy a walk or run around the neighborhoods and nearby marina. Walk up the road to the Wild Harbor General Store or stroll 15 minutes down to New Silver beach. Bring the paddleboards down to the dock or cast a fishing line to see what you can catch! You can even bring your own boat (up to 45', max draft 5') with notice.
Most of all, you will love sitting on the back deck with family or friends, facing the water and enjoying your time together.
