While we do our best to provide clear instructions, we recognize that communication between different entities like the HOA and city patrol can sometimes be inconsistent. Your feedback will help the HOA improve the clarity of the parking situation. We also appreciate your feedback on the laundry system and WiFi. We understand that using an app-based system can be an adjustment, and we’ll make sure to better inform guests about how it works before arrival to avoid any frustration. We’ll also pass along your comments about WiFi connectivity to the HOA to see if any improvements can be made.
