A beautiful place in the Caribbean Mayan Riviera, Playa del Carmen, Mexico! in playacar phase 1

Villas Kiin, are two adjacent 4br 4ba Villa surrounded by large trees and gardens. There is a beautiful heated pool half sunny and half under the trees , with a terrace to enjoy the day, and a cenote with a deck in the middle of them. The villa 45 meters away from the white sand beach.
You can walk to town, "Paseo del Carmen" and the 5th Av are ten minutes away walking, there you will find lovely shops and great restaurants.

The villa is a very quiet gated community with security 24/7, with tennis courts and "Xaman Ha" aviary. Playacar pase 1 is an exceptional place with ORIGINAL 1000 YEARS OLD mayan remains.

We have high speed internet with wifi.
