Nice centrally located apartment

Great place to stay in Queen Ann. Very clean and secure. Ali is very attentive. I will stay again.

Clayton was an amazing guest to host. He made the line of communication very easy and followed all house rules. The unit was left in a maintained fashion for the cleaning staff to carry out their services. I look forward to hosting Clayton again in the future!

Lower Queen Anne Apartment

Our second stay at the apartment on Lower Queen Anne was just as enjoyable as the first last year (this year without the demolition next door). The location is ideal, we enjoyed the rooftop deck, and the building was very quiet. Our host Ali was courteous and efficient, and obtained for us the second key we requested in good order. Our only suggestion is for a few more items in the kitchen, since we did a lot of our own cooking: a little more silverware and a baking dish or two would be nice.But overall a very good experience.

Lower Queen Anne

Going stay, terrific location, easy access and amenities. Would have liked more detailed information on apartment and building (eg Wi-Fi , television,?in building, how to adjust heat, open windows, etc) as there was in two previous VRBO locations.). Equipment in apartment was generally OK, except limited utensils (only three table knives) and NO baking dish. Overall Ali was very helpful and building staff was polite and respectful. All appreciated

Great Place to Stay in Seattle

After settling our daughter in at the University of Washington, we stayed here for a month. This is a GREAT apartment! Ali the property manager was great to work with. The apartment is very clean, well-stocked, and its location is super convenient. We found it easy to walk everywhere… Seattle Center, Climate Pledge Arena, Pikes Place Market, and Sculpture Park. Pikes Place Market is a bit of a hike, so if you’re not big on long walks no worries…walk to Seattle Center and grab the Monorail to Westlake. From there it’s a short walk to Pikes Place, or you can jump on the Light Rail to other locations around the city. If you need a rental car there’s an Avis at KOMO plaza (they are super friendly and helpful). There is also a Safeway, a CVS Pharmacy and a Metropolitan Market which has some of the best chocolate chip cookies ever. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was a pleasure to host Jorge and his family! They left things tidy and followed the check in and check out instructions carefully. Jorge made the line of communication very easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend Jorge as a guest and hope to host him and his family again in the future!
