This fully furnished, one-bedroom daylight basement apartment (with 78" ceilings) combines contemporary style with warmth, offering everything you need for a home away from home.
The apartment features a private entrance, a full eat-in kitchen with new appliances, including a range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious open living area with a full sofa sleeper. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower, and you’ll also have access to our charming backyard space with outdoor furnishings and barbecue. A short walk takes you to nearby restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and public transportation. Our central location offers easy access to the popular Seattle neighborhoods of Fremont, Wallingford, Phinney Ridge, Green Lake, and Ballard. We’re only two blocks from major east-west and north-south routes, with downtown Seattle, the University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University, Lake Union, The Locks, and Golden Gardens all a quick bus or car ride away.

We are a family of 4 and have owned this home since December of 2006. We have done a number of renovations on the property over the years and have decided to take on the significant project of redoing the basement, bringing it down to the foundation and slab on grade and starting fresh.
