GREAT PLACE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We were there for 1 week and had a great time. Plenty of room for 12 adults. Easy check in. Tyler was great to work with. Easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

The property is in a wonderful location to the beach and the community pool. Quickly little walk and your feet were in the sand and about 100ft and you were at the community pool. House was accommodating for our family. Beds were nice and comfortable. Had plenty of beach towel and toys for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes for everyone. The A/C was already turned down for us, as it was hot outside, when we arrived. Communication with the owner was great and timely. He addressed any issue that came up quickly. One A/C unit went out one morning and by the early afternoon, it was fixed. The house is in a nice neighborhood and the people in the other houses were friendly. The neighborhood did observe their quiet hours, as the noise was turned down by 10 pm, so one could out on a deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the surrounding area. All in all it was a nice house, great community and a great owner to communicate with.

We stayed for a week with our friends to celebrate turning 30 and it was the perfect spot! It was such a close walk to the beach and a short drive to all the great spots in Destin. The host was super helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Definitely would stay here again!
