My stay was so great I decided to rent a unit long term!

Carl is a great host and landlord. The place is better than he describe and he was always available to answer any questions I had. I’m new to Miami and this unit was the determining factor to decide whether I wanted to stay here or move back home to Georgia. Carl’s condo had all of the updated appliances included a Nespresso machine that made the best coffee, and the location is right on the ocean. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The furniture and artwork in the unit is nicely decorated and the bed is sooo comfortable. I would highly recommend staying in his condo. After I stayed a month, I decided to rent another condo in the same building for a long term rental. This is a very busy area with lots of things to do and places to eat, you don’t even need a car. In conclusion, the owner of the unit is friendly and the space is nice and I’d give it a thumbs up.
