Very nice property! Everything was as listed, and very clean. Access to the pool was a great added feature, which was also well maintained. What a great location on South Beach. We loved coming back from a day on the beach to our view of the beautiful palms outside the Versace Mansion, with also a nice view of the ocean.

The location was right on the strip. You have easy access to the beach and restaurants. The check in instructions that were given were 100% accurate but it was horrible. It was so much traffic and so crowded. The room was clean. It smelled like it needed some fresh air. It had all the necessities for the beach. You have to go the other building to access the rooftop pool. I didn't like that. However the pool is an great asset to the hotel! The view was beautiful!

Many guest issues with this reservation BEFORE the guest arrived...And guest recgnition they booked their stay in the middel of Spring Break came as a surprise to guest...Enough said.

The location was perfect right in the center of all the local action and within 3 minutes of the beach ….the rooftop pool was amazing along with the views….be prepared to pay for parking other then that the property was awesome

Thank you. Unfortunately, there is no flea parking anywhere in South Beach. Prices vary with city-owned garages being the least expensive option.
