We had a good stay here, it is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and lot of great restaurants but that also means it is in the center if everything so a lot of music and noise at all times.

Water leak stains on the living room ceiling, dirty carpet, unsanitary shower curtain, visible from the toilet rust can be seen under sink, cheap thin bed sheets, and a lamp shade that looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned. We left the property 3 days early and if I could have found a new location faster we would have left even sooner. I will never ever us vrbo again!!!!!

We had a one-time problem/delay cleaning the apartment just prior to his arrival due to an issue with a roof leak which has since been resolved. An offer for additional cleaning was rejected by the guest. A partial Refund was issued. I suggest you read other reviews for a more balanced perspective.

Very nice property! Everything was as listed, and very clean. Access to the pool was a great added feature, which was also well maintained. What a great location on South Beach. We loved coming back from a day on the beach to our view of the beautiful palms outside the Versace Mansion, with also a nice view of the ocean.

The location was perfect right in the center of all the local action and within 3 minutes of the beach ….the rooftop pool was amazing along with the views….be prepared to pay for parking other then that the property was awesome
