Summary:

Welcome to Lamplighter - a HomeBody Rentals property! Perfect for couples or small groups, this fully stocked 1BR/1Bath condo features a king bed, sleeper sofa, private balcony, fast Wi-Fi, parking, and more!



Walk to the beach or Washington St. Mall in minutes, then unwind with all the comforts of home — bikes, beach chairs, Nespresso, and more. Chair lift access makes it easy for all guests to enjoy. Just bring your beach towels and relax!

The Space:

Lamplighter is located on the second floor. You'll have to go up a flight of stairs to reach the unit. For those that have issue with stairs, we have a chair lift for your convenience. Once upstairs, everything is on one floor.



*1 Bedroom with King Bed (All Linens and Bath Towels are included. Please pack beach towels.)

*1 Full Bath

*Living Room with queen pull out sofa bed (Pillows, sheets and blankets included)

*Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with Nespresso Machine and Regular Coffee Machine

*TV with wifi connection so you can stream any TV service you currently have (i.e. Netflix)

*In-Unit Washer + Dryer (with detergent and dryer sheets)

*Indoor (electric) Fireplace located in the Bedroom

*Private balcony (Off of family room)

*Olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, sugar, and tea

*Linens (sheets and bath towels) are provided

High-speed wifi will allow you to stream movies, scroll social media or work (if you really have to).



Parking is available for one car, in our designated spot, very close to our condo entrance.



Cape May beaches are within walking distance and will need *beach tags (during the summer season only, children 12 and under are free).

*If beach tags are lost or misplaced, a $50 fee per tag will be required to cover the cost of the tag.



Guest must be 25 years of age to rent. Minors must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire unit and balcony



The Neighborhood:

Centrally located in Cape May. Walking distance to beach and Washington Street Mall. Also across the street from Cape May Kiwanis Community Park (playground).



Getting Around:

Close enough to walk to everything or take the bikes! We provide 2.



Other Things to Note:

We have a chair lift for guests who have issues climbing stairs. Please let us know if you will be using the lift and we will provide directions.



Please pack your favorite beach towels as these are the only linens that are not included.



We do not provide traditional cable TV service. We have WIFI TV set up for your personal streaming services that you can log into i.e. Netflix.



Bikes and Beach Chairs are not available during the winter months due to the cold weather. We only provide them in the Spring/Summer/Fall.

We really enjoyed our time here. It was a short walk into town and one of the best dinners I’ve been to in Cape May at the Washington Inn. The bed was super comfortable, the little balcony was such a treat. I will absolutely be staying here again and would recommend for any two people looking to get away.

Great vacation location

My family of 4 loved the location of this home-just a short walk to the beach, Washington street mall and a short drive to all other major attractions! The hosts’ knowledge of the area was great and made it possible to get to do everything we wanted to :)

Lovely Vacation Home

This condo is beautifully designed, very clean and is in a terrific location just blocks away from Washington Mall and the beach. Amenities we particularly found helpful were the washer and dryer, beach tags, bikes, beach chairs and our favorite coffee! The owners are delightful and made sure we were taken care of. We will be staying here again!

Great stay @ Lamplighter condo. Condo has everything you need, beautiful bright decor, washer & dryer, full kitchen stocked with water and Nespesso pods. Comfy stay for couples. Just a little far from where we like to stay but otherwise perfect!

All the comforts of home

Perfect Getaway

This is an immaculate location perfect for a get away or a romantic weekend. We loved staying at the Lamplighter. The interior is well maintained and has beautiful decors. We enjoyed using the outside porch for morning reading sessions and the comfortable living room to settle down after a great day down the shore. We can not wait to come back!

Home away from Home

Amazing property to stay with my family! The property is quiet, cozy, and close to the beach and local stores. It felt like home. Everything was immaculate and clean. This is an excellent choice, clean and comfortable home. Anna is very accommodating and attentive to the needs of guest. Convenient location just 8 blocks from the beach in a quiet area, within walking and bicycle distance to everything needed for a relaxing vacation.

Exceptional Cape May Rental

Lamplighter was an exceptional rental and in close proximity to many of the best locations in Cape May. The rental was extremely clean and came with everything as advertised. Didn't want to leave

We can't tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay. This trip was much needed for us. Our only regret is that our stay wasn't long enough. We felt so comfortable and relaxed in your beautiful apartment. I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciated all the little details, right down to the fragrant soaps and air fresheners. Charming apartment

Lovely apartment and well decorated. We stayed for a few nights to end the summer with a beach retreat before school begins. There was room for two adults and two children. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable for the kids. Would not recommend the place for four adults. Perfect for a family with one to two young children. Clean and comfortable.
