There are 2 sets of patio doors, 1 leading into the screen lanai and the other out to the patio set in case you want to have breakfast watching the sun come up or dinner just watching mother nature on the canal. New boat dock and slip if you bring your boat up to 23'. Occasionally you will see dolphins, manatees, cranes, ducks, birds and all types of animals--after all.... this is Florida. And when in season, you have 2 types of Mango trees available for you to pick the fruit from the trees! Bikes, yard games, table & card games, and dominoes are available for your enjoyment. YOU ARE IN FLORIDAS FISHING MECCA SO....Fishing gear is also available for your use in the canal that has Drum, Tarpon, Snook, Sheephead, Trout, Crab, etc.....
