A very comfortable place to stay. The home is clean and well located in a quiet neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby. Yan was a great host and has thought of everything to make your stay feel like home.

Belmont Week

We came up for the Belmont and loved our trip. The house was clean and spacious. The location was great! Short drive to downtown and track with plenty of sidewalks for walking. Everything you need is a short drive or walk away.

Balston Spa Home

A wonderful 3 days was spent in this beautiful townhome. The property was gorgeous and the 2 bedrooms with attached baths met our needs perfectly. We had 2 couples and the outside and inside was perfect. We hope to return each year as we appreciated all the little touch’s throughout the unit. Our stay was memorable and could not have been more enjoyable.

Wonderful stay!

Wife and I stayed here for a getaway. It was tough to leave. Convenient distance from downtown Saratoga. Very quiet and peaceful backyard. Shockingly no mosquitos….and they always find me! Fun Saratoga memorabilia throughout the home. Very clean. Yan made it easy. Definitely would stay here again!!

Track Stay

We found this gem last year and as we felt before, it is a great place to stay! The townhouse has literally everything you need, it’s super clean, the location is perfect with supermarket across the street, Chinese and Italian restaurants also across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is comfortable especially in the early morning. Lastly the owner is extremely accessible to guests and easy to contact. Youll love it!

Perfect track location

Having spent 30 plus years attending Saratoga Racetrack we found this vrbo the best we have ever stayed in. It literally contained every item one could possibly conceive of! The owner was beyond helpful and easy to contact. The unit is located across the street from a supermarket, Chinese restaurant, Italian restaurant and liquor store! It’s 15-20 minutes from the track and downtown Saratoga. We loved the place ! Hope to return.
