Private house, walking distance to downtown

This centrally-located house has the best of both worlds— you can stay busy with a walk to the shops and restaurants on Broadway (12 min walk), stroll over to the art district on Beekman (8 min walk), take a short drive or bike ride to the State Park/SPAC (6 min) or enjoy the vibrancy of the Saratoga Race Track (7 min drive). When you need a quiet place to relax, you can return home to sit on the patio while your children play in the yard or cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on the 65” TV.
We have hosted through another website and have excellent reviews available on request.
For the guests' safety there are two external-facing cameras that only record activity on the outside of the property.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off all air conditioners. Towels can be left in the bathroom. There is no need to strip the beds - please leave the sheets on the beds Make sure the doors are left locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you forget anything upon checking out, there is a min $25 fee for mailing.
Exterior cameras cover the front entrance and driveway, record video when motion is detected, and remain active during stays. None are indoors.
