Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are now open and operational, portions of the property remain in various phases of repair and construction. Guests should expect that some exterior and common areas of the resort may show signs of ongoing work during their stay.
⚠️ Seawall construction is currently ongoing at the resort and may create daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, or temporary work areas, particularly on the south side of the property. Construction schedules and activity levels may vary throughout the project.
Our condo itself remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational, and many guests continue to enjoy the beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and relaxing beachfront atmosphere while the resort continues its rebuilding efforts.

What can I say. What a great hidden gem. Everything was as described. Property is oceanfront with a great view. Decorated nicely and the best shower towels! Kitchen is smaller than at home, but full of what is needed. Great coffee bar. Excellent location with lots of great places to eat nearby. I will definitely return!!

The room is nice, clean, and all items that would be needed are in the room. The view is awesome of the beach. The pool is not lovely but don't look down just out. Parking is limited but we were there on race weekend, so the place was booked.

Great relaxing stay

It was a great relaxong stay at this oceanfront condo. I would stay again if the parking situation improves. Be warned, parking is offsite in the parking lot to the southside. An employee at this resort said this will end in September. Then no parking will be available. This is an HOA issue not the condo owner.

The room was very cute and clean and perfect for what we needed it for. Everything was available in the kitchenette. The only thing that I was not pleased with was I had to take out the garbage when I had paid ahead of my stay for a cleaning fee. 😕

The view of the beach from our balcony was amazing!! The condo was just as described, clean and smelled good. It was truly just steps outside to the beach. Our beach entrance was blocked off due to construction upgrades and we had to use the public entrance. The condo itself has been updated but the building needs major upgrades. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer - which we usually love to have at the beach but it was just my husband and I so we made do. There is a Publix right across the street. We ate at a few seafood restaurants that were good and close. We would stay here again. Especially for the price!
