This is one of "The Best Little Condos In Daytona". The view from this one bedroom oceanside unit is spectacular!

The condominium complex adjoins an Oceanfront Park with Covered Picnic Tables, Cook-out Facilities and Children's Play Area.

Harbour Beach Resort underwent a multi-million dollar restoration which was completed in 2010. In addition to the cosmetic improvements, the complex replaced all of the balconies, railings, glass sliding doors, windows and air conditioners. New Wainscot Wallpaper, Chair Rail and Crown Molding, New South Sea Rattan Living Room Furniture, New Cottage Style Bedroom Suite and New Verticals and Blinds. New "Cottage Style" Kitchen Cabinets were installed as well as a New Built-in Oven and Smooth Cook Top, Full Size Refrigerator, Under Cabinet Microwave and Tile Countertops.

One of the Best Vacations in 52 years

Clean, comfortable and well appointed with amenities ... just as was advertised. The bed was very comfortable (and I'm picky). Great view and sound of the ocean and beach. We spent 9 days here and had a great time ... didn't want to come home!

Property is right on the beach, outdoor pool is heated so warm enough to swim even on cooler days. 2 restaurants practically next door and several others within easy walking distance.
