We loved the location. Very spacious with a unique layout and a huge balcony. My teenagers loved having their own rooms and bathroom off the side of the kitchen. We will definitely be back.

Our hosts were amazing from the time we booked till we checked out. The condo was great. Decorated nicely! Comfy beds, newer furniture, a well stocked kitchen. The balcony was perfect for our family for breakfast and evenings. We used both the pools and the pickle ball courts as well.

My daughter's family stayed at White Sand Oasis -Summer House 702A in Sep 2026 and this condo was perfect!

It was ideal for a family of 5. They found the beds to be extremely comfortable and loved the beachside balcony. They enjoy cooking, so the kitchen was a big hit. The location was ideal because it was close to shopping and dining. Their children, ages 3, 5, and 9, absolutely loved the pool and the beach. We had a problem with the toilet, but Paul and Carrie were very responsive and kind. I highly recommend renting any property they manage/own. They were a blessing, and it was a privilege to be in their condo!

Beautiful condo! Great Weather! Great Owners!

We've been through the 3 year remodel and survived! Lots of noise and disarray but we still enjoyed our time and were happy to be there! Glad that is pretty well wrapped up! Love the restaurants, the bike trails and usually good weather! Very friendly workers and owners! We will be back next year!

This was a very clean 3 bedroom 2 barh rental. It was directly on the beach with great balcony furni

Our experience was very fast and very accurate advertising on VRBO. We had great people handling the booking.

I wasn’t actually able to stay at this property because my dad died the day we were supposed to arrive, but the property agent/owners were soooooooo kind and gracious with trying to get the condo filled so I didn’t lose all my money. It was truly an amazing task that they absolutely did not have to do. I look forward to coming here one day. I know that if anything could possibly be wrong during the stay, it will be handled immediately. Communication was excellent. This isn’t just a business, these people also have a heart.

Amazing place to stay!

We rented this condo for our spring break trip. The condo was beautiful - nicely decorated, very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you could ever need and a big balcony with a direct view of the beach/ocean. The condo facilities were wonderful - indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center and grills. The owners made check-in process so easy! They were very friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to stay there again!

HIGHLY recommend both this unit and working with Sugarfoot Rentals. Our stay was effortless and communication with Carrie and Paul was top notch. Although we never had any issues during our stay, Carrie continued to communicate with us during the duration of our trip. 702A is equipped with everything you need and truly just steps to both the ocean and pool. In general, Summer House has a perfect location close to many outstanding restaurants, surf stores, ice cream shops, and multiple grocery store options. The owners take pride in their unit and it shows. Furniture was inviting and the outdoor patio was perfect for our party of 5 with two lounge chairs and a patio table to seat us all comfortably. We will definitely be back! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy "White Sands"!
