The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and preparing meals, including a full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and refrigerator, as well as pots, pans, knives, and cooking utensils. We provide a coffee maker with coffee pods, grinds, creamer, and sugar.

Relax in the comfortable living room, with provided books and board games, or your favorite Netflix show. Need to work or study remotely? There is a designated work space and high speed internet for all your working needs!

We are family friendly, and will provide a pack and play, high chair, toys, and other baby/child necessities upon request. We also have a playground that children may use.

You won't have to worry about finding street parking, with your designated parking spot behind the house. This is a basement apartment, with a private entrance just for you. (Host lives on the property, and can resolve any issues in a timely manner.)

*Please note: this is a basement apartment of a single family home. The ceiling height is 7 ft in most of the apartment, and 6 ft in some areas. You may hear noise from the home above.
