This family friendly neighborhood is just a walk away to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, public transit, parks, and much more!

One of Chicago's most desirable neighborhoods, even a former Mayor of the city lives just a few blocks away! Take a look at Logan Square's rich architectural history, michelin star rated restaurants, fun bars and recreation, all within walking distance to our home!

Other things to note
- There is a free parking space accessible via the alleyway behind the home in the garage. It is better suited for smaller vehicles (compact SUV's and Sedans)

- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

- Hosts live on site in Unit 1 and give guests 100% autonomy and privacy. Please reach out with any questions during your stay!

- Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation will be canceled.

- Guests needing to cancel their stay that instead request an alteration are subject to denied alteration requests.

- Cancellations and trip alterations can be made with full refunds 5 or more days before your check-in date.

- If there is any evidence of smoking inside the space, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning and deodorizing fee added to your invoice.

We were in town for a family wedding at nearby Stan Mansion. This location was very quiet and great for us. We chose to Uber and take the blue line train to get around but this property also has a designated parking spot, in addition to street parking, if you have a car. The apartment was very clean and the hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful. It was unseasonably hot so we did not take advantage of the cute outdoor seating area but it looks like a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Everything you could want in a great location

Easy walking distance to great bars, restaurants and parks. Loved exploring the local area, very friendly. The El is a 15 minute walk and takes you straight downtown. Logan Square is a gem! Can’t wait to return.

Great little place

We were in Chicago for medical procedures, not vacation, and this little place met our needs completely. The owners are quick to respond to everything, and they even left "get well and good luck" flowers for our kid that was going through the procedures. We had to bring two cars, and we had no problem parking on the street with our extra car. Would definitely stay here again.

Ryan & Josie - The ideal VRBO hosts

Absolutely loved the weekend staying at Ryan & Josie’s property. We came to town for the Chicago marathon, and had a fantastic time. The check in/out process was seamless, and their home is more than ideal. Beautiful space with an amazing backyard and plenty of room in the house for the family. I have to say, the personal note wishing me good luck in the marathon was a perfect touch. Logan Square is such a cute neighborhood and if we come back to Chicago, I’d love to spend some more time there. Hopewell Brewing was an amazing spot. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Great spot to stay in Chicago

This was the tail end of a longer midwest trip, and we came to spend some time with our eldest daughter, traveling with our youngest. Logan Square was a delight, and the nearby cafe and quiet neighborhood made it feel like home. The reserved parking made getting in and out for adventures a breeze. Admittedly, given the length of our trip, we had a lot of luggage, so carrying it up the stairs was a bit of a chore, but the comfortable arrangement more than made up for it. Ryan was really attentive- I had to message him a couple of times, and he returned my message, literally within minutes of me sending it. To top it all off, my husband left his work cell phone on the bed, and Ryan had messaged me before my husband had even realized it was missing. Within 2 days, it was back in our hands. SO GRATEFUL!! We will definitely try to stay here again when we visit Chicago!

Our home sits right next to the largest park in Logan Square. It gives all the amenities of the city, while being able to step away and spend your nights in a safe and family friendly neighborhood with plenty of space to roam.

What makes this property unique

A private patio and garage parking space is a massive rarity in Chicago, and can cost up to $150 a day in the city. Our property includes both! The architecture and rich cultural history in this neighborhood makes way for some of the cities best food, bars, shopping, transportation to downtown, and more!
