Myself and 3 teenagers stayed here for a concert. The place was nice and perfect for our needs. I really appreciate the host mailing back our remote control we left also. I would stay here again given the opportunity.

As stated in previous reviews, the area is a little dicey, but felt very safe in the property, as had to access three locks to access. And the street itself was very nice, with plenty of parking and had no qualms leaving my car there. The property itself was very clean and quite nice , as pictured. Communication with the host was very easy and she responded promptly, and we were even able to access the property a little early the first day

Property was nice and easy to get to and check in went very smooth. Some of the sheets were a little dirty, one towel had a hair ball in it and the dish washer had dirty dishes in it leaving the silverware drawer basically empty when we got there… but other than those two things it was excellent. Host was very nice and quick to respond!

The accommodations were clean and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The only downsides were the surrounding neighborhood, which felt a bit sketchy, and the noise from the upstairs neighbors. We could hear them walking around early each morning, and the noise carried enough to disturb our sleep.Overall, the property itself met our expectations, but if you're a light sleeper or looking for a quieter location, those are things to keep in mind.

This property was very nice., Host was very accommodating and let us check in early so we didnt need to haul our luggage around with us for hours. My only issue was the not the host fault, but the location is not best area. Probably the cost was so reasonable.

Easy to get to downtown attractions. Plenty of light. Lots of space. Host should think about selling whatever it was they were cooking downstairs because it smelled incredible every night. Beds were a little firm but living room couch was large and nice and cozy. Host was prompt with replies. Never felt unsafe. Would stay here again

Good place to stay.

This place is nice and roomy and the owner had incredible communication and made the check in process quick and simple. The area is decent and for people without cars the metro is a 10-15 minute walk. Would definitely Recommend this place.

Alma was an amazing host answering all my questions and even accommodating us when our travel dates were changed. I drove and was there a little early to check in and she let me check in anyways. The unit is nice, clean and very big. The biggest con had nothing to do with Alma or her hospitality, it's about the noise from the upstairs unit. The floors are very thin and you hear every little noise, we could hear full conversations, and if the people staying up in that unit smoke, it fills your unit. The area seemed a little sketch at first but we didn't have any issues at all. So realized it was a wrong first impression. We would definitely stay there again.Chicago is a beautiful city and we had an amazing time!

Great stay

I had a great time. There were a few hick ups along the way, however the property manager was easy to get a hold of, she responded back very quickly and helped with whatever i needed.
