These are two townhouses right next to each other, perfect for very large groups up to 20 people.
Just a few minutes' walk to ski on location. We will send you a guide to the area with things to do.
The houses are located parking-lot level. Four cars can park in front of the house and additional cars in the overflow lot.
We are family and pet friendly. We have 2 game systems (PS4 & Xbox One), 5 TVs, Pool/Ping Pong table, 2 fire places, stocked kitchen, 2 outside grills.
The space Kitchens Includes a stove and range, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee beans and electric bean grinder, electric kettle, instapot, toaster.
The cabinets are stocked with plates, serving bowls, utensils, pots and pans, salt, cooking oil. We also provide paper towels and dishwashing soap.
Living/dining rooms: The first unit has an over-sized couch, balcony with grill, large table and 65" TV with Playstation 4, fireplace. The table also converts into a full-sized pool table and ping pong table. The second unit has two smaller couches, a table, a TV, fireplace, Xbox, and a balcony. Our TVs allow you to log into your account on most streaming services such as netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc.

Bathrooms: The first unit has a private bathroom in the loft, a half bathroom on the main floor and a downstairs bathroom shared by those two bedrooms. The second unit has a half bathroom on the main floor and a full bathroom on the lower floor. All bathrooms include body wash, liquid hand soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as toilet paper.
Grill: We have a grill in the patio of both units with grilling tools. We provide the propane tank which we do our best to keep full, but occasionally guests will need to refill them.
Baby/pet gates and high chair: We are a pet and family friendly house. We have a high chair and baby gates in the first unit that can be used to keep kids and pets confined to certain areas of the house.
Heating: We have heating thermostats located throughout the house, so the temperature can be customized in different rooms.
Cooling: We have air conditioners in the common area and the bedrooms. The ACs will be usable from late May through the end of September.
Parking: You can park 4 cars in front of our houses and additional cars in the overflow lot.
Amenities: Heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, indoor and outdoor tennis court, indoor basketball. These amenities are located at the community center at 601 Camelback Rd (5 min walk from the house, or 1 min drive).
There are numerous hiking trails and lakes in PA within a short drive. During the summer we recommend guests checkout Camelbeach, the waterpark next door to us, which is absolutely amazing and perfect for kids, as well as Aquatopia, an indoor water park 5 minute drive from us open all year round. We will send you a guide to the area prior to check in.
Refrain from rearranging the furniture. There will be an additional $50 charge to your account. The pet fee is $30 per night for the first dog and $15 per night for each additional pet. Please do not move the portable AC units, as they are fixed in place and moving them may cause the hoses to disconnect.

We had a great time at this location and really enjoyed having the two separate, yet adjacent, houses for our family stay. It was close to the slopes and had lots of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us and our pets. We really enjoyed having a wood burning fire after a cold day on the slopes!
The 2 townhouse were perfect for our family. Check in was easy and smooth. The location is just minutes from camelback resort. We had nothing to complain about. Already looking to plan our next visit to the area.
We enjoyed our weekend stay at the property. We loved that it was pet friendly and a short walk to the slopes. The kids were very happy with the bunk beds. Most importantly, Igor was very kind for shipping a belonging that got left behind.

Great place, good location, for the most part very clean inside however the windows & some of the ceilings are dated & need repair. Amenities close at 4:30 Sun through Thurs & open till 7:30 Fri & Saturday.
Location Can't Beat - Perfect for Multiple Families
More than enough room for three families with multiple kids each. Responsive owners throughout booking and check-in, we had no issues the whole time we were there but I'm sure they would have been responsive if we did. Extremely clean upon check-in, down to fresh-smelling bed linens and blankets. Walk to slope and community pool access are huge pluses especially with young kids. Would love to come back.

It was a nice weekend away. The area is very nice. One unit was better than the other, one was somewhat run down, but not horrible. There was not enough paper products in either unit.
Better maintenance back deck part left hand corner decking is rotted, both grills were not cleaned we only used the one at building 19. Bathrooms were all well upgraded along with the kitchens. Also nice being close to everything.

Hi Michael,
The decks supposed to be replaced by the community soon. The grills cleaned after each group and the new foil placed on the grids each time.
MY husband and I treat our children and 8 grandchildren to a ski weekend every year. We have been doing this for over 10 years and have been to many different places. Our stay here this year was wonderful. Lots of room, nice and clean, ski on/off to the mountain and use of the pool and sauna made the weekend perfect. We look forward to renting again next year. We usually try different places and mountains each year but we were so happy with these accomodations and the price that we will make this our permanent spot!
We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. Both units were clean and roomie. The owner was very responsive when messaged. The best part was the short walk to and from the house to the camelback. All the teenagers and adults loved the convenience. We will be back in the future!
We got both properties as we had a large group: 16 total people. It was exactly what we wanted. We were a short walk to the slopes and a 4 minute drive to the water park and arcade. The two condos fit all 16 people comfortably. I would definitely recommend this property based on amenities, location, and quality. It will not disappoint.
We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The location is perfect — just minutes from Camelback’s amenities — which made everything so convenient. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Would definitely stay again!
