Convenient to shuttle. Good value for the price, the place needs a lot of update, but it's functional. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Super clean just needs updating. Knives need improvement but location to the bus made it super easy to get to town and skiing.

Pretty nice properties where everything worked. Bus stop around the corner. 15 min to town and 15 min from town. Firewood provided for the fireplace but it would not burn.

Breckenridge condo for ski trip

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The condo is cleaned and has pretty much everything you would need. It’s very close to the bus stop which is incredibly convenient if you plan to go skiing. My complaints would be it needs some updating. For example there was a weird pink stain on the carpet, a drawer in the kitchen was loose and you could see exposed nails and I was very grateful I didn’t have a child with me, but my biggest gripe would be that the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and my boyfriend actually found himself sleeping on the couch instead because it was more comfortable than the bed. These are small things and easily fixed but I don’t understand why the management company doesn’t want to invest in the property and it’s upkeep.
Location was perfect for the four of us in the summer. Easy to get to and shuttle right there. But the bed sinks in the middle and was uncomfortable. Just a preference, but hurt my back. If you get the chance for a summer stay, hike Spruce Creek trail. Magnificent waterfalls just a few miles up the road. Residence was as described.
Only real downfalls of our stay was cleanliness of the condo; pots and pans missing from the inventory; and inoperable coin laundry. The property manager was able to rectify the missing post and pans by providing a new set, which we were thankful for. In the future, cleaning staff should do a more thorough job cleaning, not just hit the high points and more frequent inventories of the kitchen items are needed to fill shortages.
