Fully furnished home to include washer/dryer with all supplies needed. 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix, 20 minutes to downtown Scottsdale, 30 minutes to State Farm Stadium (Cardinal’s Stadium) and easy access to restaurants/entertainment! 5 minutes to unlimited hiking or biking in South Mountain Park (16000 acres and 51 miles of trails) or any of the other parks or mountain preserves in the area. Easy access to countless golf courses. From the backyard you will have wonderful views of horses, South Mountain and beautiful sunsets! Plenty of room for trailer parking if needed.
