Was a great location to the beach and you do have visibility to the ocean. There is a huge building being constructed to the left of the property in place that obviously started after the sunset picture in the profile. The house is comfortable. Wasn’t as clean as I am used to in VRBO properties. Bring pot holders if you plan to cook. We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, quiet and private. Kitchen well equipped. Really appreciated the small fenced area for my dog. The beach is just a minute walk away. Will be my go to on Bollivar.

Nice Beach House…

This a great place for a small group to get away. Close to the beach and corner store that has everything you would need. Great wrap around balcony. Very clean and air conditioner works great. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Communication with the host was wonderful, our check-in went smoothly. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. All the kitchen appliances will new. The view that was portrayed was inaccurate, and the front porch furniture was broken. The living room furniture was well worn, and uncomfortable. There were not any dish towels, dish rags, or sponges to clean dishes. Cleaning supplies were not provided. We had a cockroach on the floor the morning that we left. When we walked through the door on arrival the place spelled incredibly musty, and when sitting in the living room you could smell urine.

Musty smell throughout the house. Towels were not fresh. Pest control must have just recently came out because there were dying bugs everywhere. This was spring break so we l could have been the first people this season but thy definitely could have left fresh towels and exterminated prior. I booked 11 days in advance.

Beautiful/Comfortable home and great view!

The home is in a great location, only a few min walk or 1 minute drive to the beach. The house was very nice and clean and had a lot of nice beach amenities as well that were appreciated. The host was so nice and communicated extremely well, also very accommodating. Had everything and more needed in the home for us to use. Definitely recommend.

Great Ocean Views

We had a great restful stay. The views were perfect. I loved sitting out on the deck and listening to the waves. The house was perfect and the neighborhood was quite. Perfect place to recharge. We will be going back.
