I am sorry you had a hard time with the stairs. The majority of the houses on the Peninsula are raised and very few have elevators that transport people. As you getcloser to High Island you can find some that are not as high. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Chairs in living room is falling apart. We kept having to sweep all the pieces up. Could use some good mattress toppers. The beds were very hard. The location is amazing. We love the lift, it makes things so much easier. Fully stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen needed to be wiped down a little better. There was food on the side of cabinet that we cleaned. But overall the house was great. Great size.

We will make sure that our cleaning crew pays closer attention to the cabinets and counters.
