Beautiful mountain golf retreat
3650 square feet of fun. Downstairs master, gas fireplace. Dining for 16plus an enormous kitchen with 10 stove tops 48 inch gas range as well as a four top electric. Two sinks, four ovens. Truly a chef’s dream kitchen.
Beautiful yard with covered outdoor dining.
Pool table and bar and game room, upstairs.. Too much to list everything.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Most important thing- open all windows at night and close them all up first thing in the morning. This is the mountains and the temperatures can be extreme in both directions.
Please be very careful lifting up the grates on the gas stove as it scratches the stainless steel.
Please take home garbage if possible. Excess garbage should be put in bags and placed in the garage.
Instructions for the dishwasher are above it inside the cabinet on door.
Coffee pot takes pods and makes pots.
Place dirty linens in the bathtub downstairs by the washer and dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We live next-door and are usually there if you have additional needs.
We have many movies for the VCR or DVD player. We have washer board and Cornhole boards and many other games. we have floatable rafts available for the river as well. just need advance notice. The kitchen is well equipped, with all appliances and china/dishware choices. please feel free to call with request or questions.
