2 of the t.vs did not work, under the beds were dirty. Lots of spiders inside. Outside around the property is poorly maintained, grass grown up in the front and back of the property with no clear path down to the water.

While the home itself is very cute and we appreciated the location, we unfortunately experienced several issues that significantly impacted our stay.Upon arrival and throughout our visit, we found the property to be unclean and not well maintained. We actually had to vacuum up bugs when we first arrived. Specifically, there were roaches in the kitchen, numerous bugs throughout the home, and even a brown recluse spider in the room where my child was staying, which was especially concerning. There was also a missing remote and 2 rooms had to share a remote which created issues. Additionally, the grass was overgrown, and there were trees down that blocked easy access to the firepit area. The grill was also extremely dirty and greasy, with no supplies available to clean it, making it unusable. The lights on the tree around the firepot were broken which made it difficult to see and safely use that area in the evening.Inside, we found dirty, dead bugs on a stained mattress, and cabinets that were disorganized and contained dirty, used, hardened towels.

Quiet location by the Lake

The house was clean, no issues at the house. the beach was just a 5 minute walk from the back porch. Comfy beds, only thing I would suggest is 1-2 more ice trays in the freezer and maybe a few board games and things like that but other than that. It was a nice house to stay in!

Arrived 30 minutes after check in time. House was not clean, dirty linen and towels on floor. No power when neighbors did. Freezer warm with melted ice. No hot water after running for some time. Appeared as if no power for at least a week if not longer. Property manager did not respond, so we left and never returned

Memorial Day Weekend

The house was clean, and has a neat set up. The bed upstairs from the living room is pretty comfy with plenty of pillows. Kitchen has everything you may need. Internet was disconnected during our stay, so not able to watch movies during our rainy stay. A quick drive into town to get a few games to play & we were set for the evenings. Highly recommend Jellystone in Eufaula to keep the kids busy! I was unable to get any response from the owner via VRBO messaging, however they were quick to answer calls or texts. I did not receive an email prior to check-in with door codes & such like I normally do.
