Enjoy your stay in heart of the Berkshires! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch vacation house in set on 17 private acres. Enjoy the sounds of nature while sitting on the private back deck sipping on coffee or enjoying the patio by the fire pit. This property is within walking distance to the Williams River - a perfect area to go swimming, fishing or a stroll.


We have rented our home for many years to private institutions hence the lack of reviews :)


Please note; there is an apartment above the garage which is also rented. The house and the apartment are very separate. There is no shared space.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay. 3 real bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Emily was a super responsive host whenever I had a question. Great location that allowed us to do everything we wanted to do very easily.

This house was not up to our standards. For example; there were ants on the kitchen countertops and all over the salt, sugar and butter which were left on the countertops. There were bugs all over our bedroom room and realized they were coming in from the window where the air conditioner was, which had a gap around it, allowing all bugs in. There were bugs in our bed! The bedding was dirty as well with stains on the bed blankets! We had trouble sleeping because we felt so uncomfortable in our bed! The towels stunk like they had been left in a washer overnight. There was no soap in the bathrooms. We had to wait for the host to bring 2 soap pumps for the bathrooms, which she did not bring until the following morning! There was an undisclosed tenant on sight, which made us uncomfortable and concerned for our privacy and security - this should have been disclosed. It would have made a difference in our choice of where we would have stayed for this trip.Food was in the refrigerator and freezer from previous renters. The advertised gym was a treadmill in an unfinished basement. Overall, our stay in this home was uncomfortable and disappointing!

This review is jarring. I apologize if your stay wasn't up to your standards. We never heard from you aside from asking about the soap which was under the sink. I dropped off more soap in the morning as a nice gesture. I am surprised you didn't reach out about the bugs. Especially if they were in the bed. All of our bedding is brand new. This is unfortunate
