The 3-season sunroom with TV and seating for 4 adds to the joy of the feeling of being outdoors. This perfectly landscaped home is located on a quiet, tree lined street, with plenty of off-street parking and large yard with fire pit. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could want or need: Coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans, place settings and utensils for 10, dining room with seating for 6, plus extension for added company. Washer/drier, linens and towels provided. Make our home yours, with FLEXABLE scheduling to ease the hassle of getting a boat with your car! Boat tickets may be available from owner!! No pets, no smoking.
