Year-round in-town Historical Famous Seashrimp Gingerbread House across from harbor/Nancy's all on the water restaurants. 3 Bedrooms 2.5 baths. Lovely ocean views of harbor from the rockers on porch. Fully Air Conditioned/Heated. This home is across the street to public beaches and harbor.One street over from Circuit Ave., shops and restaurants, Flying Horses (oldest carousel in the country). Walk to Steamship Authority dock or take fast ferry from across the street to Falmouth, Nantucket. Charter many boats across the street in harbor for fishing, sunset cruises etc. Onsite parking for 1 car in private driveway. This property is part of the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association. Renters must observe quiet hours and all rules located on our website.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please use only the purple trash bags and put the trash in large gray barrel in the backyard for pick up for maintenance on Monday and Thursday morning 8 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No candles, smoking, fires in or outside of the property.
No cooking of seafood inside due to food allergies. Seafood can be cooked outside on grill and side burner.
