House is in wonderful shape and we enjoyed our visit. The amenities were excellent; lots of nice touches to make the stay comfortable, conventient, with a few serendipitous findings that triggered additional, unexpected interactions between the visitors ages 7 to 75. The pool was very clean, well maintained, and greatly appreciated. The pool was used every day, multiple times per day, during our visit. Plenty of space to park and move cars, and conveniently close to a couple of trail heads leading into Centennial Park which we also enjoyed. We would love to come back if our plans work out for that. Great location, great site, and great accommodations. Thank you!

Loved the space and that everyone could have their own room and bathroom. The deck was great for morning coffee and evenings hangouts. The pool was refreshing and we really enjoyed being able to sprawl out without being on top of each other. We appreciated all that the house included like extra dishwasher pods, paper towels, lots of towels/pool towels, etc.

Property was exactly what it said it was. It is unique that is in town but feels very much secluded on its own. Hosts are great, prompt responses. House is good house (bit older & some cracks in the walls, but nothing that matters for short stay). I would return.

Beautiful property. Hidden in the trees for privacy but very convenient to town. We stayed for a bike race weekend and it was easily accessible to park trails and very short drive to Centennial Park entrance.
Evenings on the deck were perfect.
Trail entrance just up the road.

Great place

Stayed here for 2 weeks while working at airport. Wonderfully close to everything, easy drive to work. Nicely secluded in the woods, comfy beds and everything about the stay was excellent.

Outstanding property! Close to everything in Fayetteville and the University. We comfortably fit 9 adults. We swam in the pool, barbecued on the patio, and had a fire pit each night. We loved the 2 living rooms as well. Will definitely go back!

Great visit

A few families shared the house for a volleyball tournament. The house was well equipped and had plenty of space. The kids loved playing ping pong and we truly enjoyed our stay.
