About this property

SandyPaws-0.5mi ToSound & 1mi ToBeach PetFriendly!

Centrally located beach box in the OBX on the Westside of Kill Devil Hills! One mile to beach and half a mile to the Sound (similar to a Bay) and a paved path that leads you to the Wright Brothers Memorial or into Kitty Hawk depending on what direction you go! Easy access to many restaurants, groceries, and many free beach accesses to choose from! Simple inside layout and a large outdoor area to enjoy an evening by the fire.
The space
Go up one flight of stairs to front porch. As you enter the home you arrive in the living room - continue around to the left and you access the open kitchen/dining, washer and dryer, half bath and then a back door that leads onto the back porch with propane grill! If you bare right as you enter the home this will lead you to the full bath, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have smart TVs! Lots of space under the home to provide you shade to retreat to and an outdoor shower!

Everything on the property is for your enjoyment with the exception of owners closets and shed in the back yard!

Surveillance is at front door via Ring.

Great location

This house was cute and in a great location. Loved the fenced in yard and the gates at the top of the stairs for the dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Just Right!

Cute house in convenient location with shade tree over driveway. Simple, clean and uncluttered. Fenced decks and yard for dog and seating for eating, outside and inside conversation. Fans and TVs in all rooms!

Honestly loved our time here. The home was very clean and exceeded our expectations as far as space and accommodations. Perfect for our family of four (plus two fur babies!). Nice Dog Friendly Rental

Really enjoyed our long weekend at Sandy Paws. This rental property is really great for bringing your pet. Fenced in yard, and porch pet gates both in front and back porch. Owner super responsive to questions.

Unfortunately, the host did not respond to questions i asked immediately after booking in a timely fashion which created a HUGE misunderstanding and unnecessary stress and conflict. Sent 4 messages the day i booked and one the morning of arrival and didn't receive a response to my specific inquiries until close to check in. Very disappointing experience.
