THE LOCATION JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER. Only 10 houses from open water in SW Cape Coral. Desirable SOUTHERN EXPOSURE home on oversized corner lot. Indulge in 3,200 sqft of spacious living in this one-of-a-kind ranch home. Windows all across the front of the house and 12 sliders across the back bring in lots of natural light and great views.

Our vacation villa is decorated in beautiful, tropical furnishings. You'll love the large Sunroom with an entire wall of sliders opening onto the screened pool deck. Our Living Room on the front side of the house features leather couch and recliner chairs.

Bedrooms are all oversized and have pillow-top mattresses.
Master Bdrm - King with sliders to the pool deck, private bath, oversized walk in closet

Bdrm 3 - Queen
Bdrm 4 - Queen + Queen
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.

We also have 2 cots which are appropriate for ages up to teenagers

Split floor plan boasts private Master bedroom on one side of the home, common areas in the middle, and 3 guest bedrooms on other side of the home.

Open, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen features large pass-through window to Sunroom.

MASTER BATH has dressing area with vanity and sink. Separate room contains garden shower, toilet, sink and door to pool deck.
GUEST BATH has extra-long counter with double sinks and tub/shower combo
POOL BATH with sink, toilet and shower.
Beach towels for lounging around the pool.

Spacious Pool deck with table for dining alfresco, gas grill and 4 sun loungers.

**Special permission is required for bringing boats/watercraft to our property. Also, we can offer names of boat rental companies in the area.

RESTRICTIONS
We live in a quiet residential neighborhood. Absolutely no loud partiers. In case you are traveling with other families, please keep in mind that our maximum occupancy also specifies the number of people allowed in our home and on the property at any given time, including children/infants. I'm sorry, but because of allergies, we are an "Animal Free" zone.

Family Fun

Our whole family spent 10 days at this beautiful, large, well stocked home! The design of the home allows for privacy for sleeping, and great gathering areas! Even with multiple cooks in the kitchen, it was spacious and others could gather at the eating bars to visit. We will definitely be back to this perfect place!!!

We stayed at Mariners Landing for 6 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We brought our boat and experienced some of the best boating ever! So many places to explore. We would definitely visit t again.

Wonderful home!

We were so pleased with our rental in Cape Coral. Janice and Curt were fantastic hosts and helped us with any questions we had. They left a terrific notebook with lots of restaurant menus. The pool is awesome! And the house had everything we needed.everything we could possibly need.

Friends and Family Fun on the 4th

This house is great. Pool, boat dock, and lots of space. The house is stocked better than any rental home we’ve ever stayed. The location to get to the stores and restaurants, by car or boat, is very easy and close. I highly recommend Mariners Landing and plan to come back.

Loved our stay!!

We loved everything about our stay here! The house is beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We loved that there was toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and soaps to get us started. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions both before and during your stay. We rented their boat which made our vacation amazing!! We got to see places we would not have been able to without it. The location of this house is perfect, close to stores restaurants and the Golf. We will definitely stay here again!

LOVED IT!

We stayed in this beautiful home for the second time. There were 7 of us so there was a LOT of extra room for all of us. Janice answered our questions immediately. We rented a boat from Captain Bob and Captain John. They were FANTASTIC to deal with. We had a minor mechanical issue with the boat one day, and Captain John was more than fair with us. I'd highly recommend this property to everyone. We hope to be back again someday!

Spacious and relaxing

Such a relaxing place to stay for the month of February! The home is accurately depicted in photos and the area is one of the nicest that we saw in SW Cape Coral. We enjoyed the large pool nearly every day as the Feb weather was almost always high 70's or low to mid 80's. The kitchen was well stocked and made meal preparation enjoyable. The immediate area is residential but the nearest grocery store was less than 2 miles and many restaurants within 10-20 minutes. We would recommend the property to large families or 3 or 4 couples traveling together since there are 2 sitting areas, 4 tables and plently of space. Thank you Janice!

BEST FAMILY WEEK!!!!

this house provided EVERYTHING we could possibly need for a spectacular family vacation! We had 9 of us so comfortably settled for the week; we were amazed at how stocked, clean, open and nicely decorated everything was. A real Florida home. The pool, backyard, landscaping... just BEAUTIFUl!!!.... we seriously can not say enough about it! Location was awesome and private and coming back after a long day at the beach was such a welcome end to each day to relax and swim....there were games and puzzles too, and we all had fun in down time contributing to putting the 1000 piece puzzle together throughout the week, as well as playing cards on the game table. we will DEFINITELY rent again! Thank you to the owners for providing every wonderful detail!!

AWESOME FAMILY VACATION

Our family stayed here for a week and the property was a great place for the adults to relax and the kids to fish and swim. The house slept 6 adults and 3 children comfortably and was perfect for a group with diverse interests. The house was equipped with everything we needed/wanted, including wifi and a huge HDTV which was awesome for our movie nights. The pool was a hit with both adults and children with toys and floats galore. Under this screened area is a large dining table, a shaded lounging area, and outdoor access to a bathroom and shower. The owner was easy to work with as was the captain who gave us lots of great instruction and information on the use of the awesome boat. The boat was clean, comfortable and perfect for a group of our size. The home has close and easy access to restaurants, grocery store, drug store, and bait shop. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! It was a pleasure!

Spring Break

My family of three and our friends' family of four rented this home in March of 2017. It was absolutely perfect! It was a lot more room than we needed, but that is NOT a complaint! Janice answered all of our questions 6 months prior to our stay as well as any questions that we had that came up during our stay. She was always VERY easy to get a hold of. The pool was PERFECT for our three children, ages 8, 10 and 11. There were lots beach toys and towels in the house that we took to the beaches each day.....as well as chairs and umbrellas. That was SUCH a bonus! We rented the boat from Captain John and Captain Bob. They were VERY helpful and answered all of our questions. The boat was GREAT!!!! We loved our stay in Cape Coral in this home!!!!

Wonderful Home!!!

What a wonderful home!! My family enjoyed everything about this house. There were eight adults in our party and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of space to do things together or wander off on your own. Having the third bathroom off the pool area was a plus!!! The pool was amazing: nice and big. The view: sliders that open to the pool with an amazing view of the canal. I rented the boat for four of the days that we stayed here in December. Captain Bob, John and Mark were wonderful. The orientation with Captain Bob was excellent. He went over everything about the Cape Coral area, including the charts, controlling the boat ramp, and took us out on a little trip to show us around. The owner, Janice, was a pleasure to work with. Everything went so smoothly....I'm already looking to book this house again for the same time.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We stayed a week at this home in Cape Coral and everyone enjoyed themselves. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable I slept wonderfully. The pool was great. Everyone had a ball in it. Being able to adjust the temp of the pool made it extra special. Some places won't let you do that. We also rented the boat to go out to some of the islands. I don't think there is anything missing from the kitchen you could possibly want. So many tools and pots and pans. Even spices in the cabinet. Stores are nice and close if you need groceries. Restaurants close by also. House is very spacious so everyone has plenty of room. Loved the master bath with a sink in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom so two people can get ready at one time. I would definitely rent this house again if I went back to Cape Coral.

Boater's delight

We had a great time here this week. The house had everything we needed, an abundance of extra towels for the pool (which our kids used a lot). The pool was big and deep. The house was very clean and well maintained. Location couldn't be more perfect. Well protected from choppy water, but a very short canal ride to the open water. Our host was very responsive to our questions and very accessible via phone and text. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. The only suggestion I made to the host was to add an additional fridge in the garage or laundry room for drinks, etc. Oh, and there are 3 bathrooms... we didn't find the third until the 3rd day we were there, it's a full pool bath, not connected to the main house, accessible only from the outside pool deck. Has a big shower, toilet and sink. Do bring bug spray, as the screened-in porch doesn't block the no-see-ums, which are common in FL during the summertime. All appliances and kitchen gadgets you would need are there, slow cooker, blender, pancake griddle etc. They have a Keurig coffee maker on the counter, but there is also a regular one under the cabinet I'd you prefer to use that. Great place and great value.

Beautiful home!

The home is very nice and was clean. Lots of supplies on hand for preparing meals. The pool was great and we enjoyed the boat rental. If you are not familiar with Cape Coral do your homework. Navigating the canals, reading maps and following markers to various ocean beaches can be a bit overwhelming. We had a great instructor on the first full day on the water. Captain Bob gave us lesson. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Please also know that a boater safety course is needed for anyone under 30 who wants to pilot the boat. Fuel costs for the boat were also unexpectedly high. Had we known these things we might have chosen a different location for our vacation. All's well that ends well. We had a great time. But I will admit that boating was stressful at first! I'm glad we got to experience it.

Great location lots of space!

This place has a great location with plenty of space for a large group. It has everything you need. Plenty of cookware like crock pot, pans, blender, dishes, and utensils. Lots of seating by the pool too and plenty of towels. It is an older home so the AC doesn’t get to all the rooms as well, the water pressure is low, and some things are outdated but still worked. Overall a nice place to stay! Janice was very easy to communicate with and get a hold of if we needed anything. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect house for a family

We absolutely loved this house for our family of 8 with adult children. Very spacious and bright. Plenty of seating options and the pool was perfect for all of us. Very cool having the canal right out the back door. Would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back again someday.

Amazing Property!

Wonderful property in a very quiet neighborhood. The kids had a blast swimming in the heated pool and fishing in the canal. We were able to rent a boat for the week and keep it right at the house. The owner is very nice and does great job of communicating. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Great home and great property owner !

We really enjoyed our stay here ! The owner was able to squeeze us in last minute due to a cancelation we had through a property with airb&b. She is a great person to rent from and bent over backwards for us. We appreciate everything she did for us ! Swimming pool was a blast and plenty of room for the whole family. Close distance to food, shopping and beaches. I would highly recommend this stay!

Perfect house for our trip!

We loved this house. The layout was great for our party of 8. It was nice to have a bathroom accessible on the pool deck. We also rented a boat for our stay and the water location was awesome! The home owner was super friendly and has notes all over the house explaining things. So thoughtful and helpful. They really have thought of everything. We would definitely rent this house again!

We LOVE SW Florida so purchased a home to spend extensive time here. We chose a large home and furnished it with lots of bedding for friends & family to come and visit with us. Each bedroom is very large. Come and enjoy our home.

Why they chose this property

A SHORT BOAT RIDE to local restaurants at Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, Sanibel beaches, Ft. Myers beach and the gulf of Mexico. There's great fishing nearby. We also like boating in the Pine Island Sound or to Cayo Costa State Park where you can dock and take the free tram over to the beach. Or dock at Cabbage Key and dine at the famous Jimmy Buffet restaurant.

What makes this property unique

Close proximity to open water. Most homes in Cape Coral require long commutes at idle speed to get anywhere. We are boaters and wanted quick access to 'full throttle'. At only 10 houses from the river, you can be out in the Gulf of Mexico in minutes. If you are an avid fisherman, quick access allows for morning AND evening trips if you so desire. Sailboat access with no bridges.
