Convenient location

Bedrooms off in there own wing and spacious. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Pool was always in the shade making it great for afternoon activities and safe from the kids getting burned.

We loved our stay at this home in a great walkable location to the beach. We've been coming back to HHI for 20 years and always stay in Sea Pines, so it was great to find this gem within 24 hours of our impromptu getaway. Vacation Company was great in the organization and provided lovely welcoming gifts like doggy treats and fresh swim towels. They also provided 4 bicycles which we enjoyed.Since this home was dog friendly we were happy to bring our hypo allergenic pups with us. The only down side was Teddy's constant barking at the walkers/riders that passed right in front of the kitchen window, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The previous renters must have had a big dog because we kept finding excessive dog hair on the sofas, pillows, bedding and carpets. A quick text to Vacation Company had the cleaner promptly come to deliver fresh linen which was great. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would most definitely pick this home again if it be available next time we come.

The house was everything we hoped it would be from the listing. The kitchen equipment, including knives, were top-notch. The furniture and property did not smell of dogs, even though they are allowed (with permission). The pool and pool area were fantastic, and the location is an easy walk to the beach, and easy bike ride to south beach and Harbourtowne. 5 out of 5 stars!

The place was amazing and perfect for our family. The kitchen is very well equipped. The layout of the kitchen, family room and dining room was ideal for large family interaction. The outdoor area with the pool, chairs, & TV created a private and fun space for us. We loved that. The beds were all super comforatable. The walk to the beach is very pleaseant and not long. There is a nice path in the shade and it is truly only a couple minutes to the beach. The house was very clean. Access to the garage was very helpful for storing bikes and beach chairs etc. The host was very responsive to our questions. We truly have zero complaints. We would definitely go back.

A wonderful relaxing celebratory time with good friends

The property was perhaps the cleanest, most well-supplied house we have stayed in with vrbo. The enclosed courtyard pool, although a little too cold to swim in (we did not pay for heating it), provided a beautiful setting in which to relax. The outdoor bar and tv was a great addition for happy hour time. The four king bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, made it perfect for four couples. The home close to the beach in beautiful Sea Pines was the perfect place for us and our good friends to celebrate several birthdays and an anniversary.

Buggey family vacation

The place was wonderful- Only issue - the back bedroom never really cooled off during our stay. It’s so far from the main location of airflow. For future renters I would suggest supplying 2 oscillating fans in addition to the 1 ceiling fan. Also , we didn’t realize the path that was right outside of our door to the beach was a bike path. It was a very busy path and didn’t seem very private. Although we love the house and pool , we most likely will not book at this location again due to the busy bike path right outside of our door and the hot back bedroom Marie
