Very clean and tidy, excellent host communication, exactly what we needed to thaw out after a brutal snowy winter! It’s a wonderful space for a large group or family. Easy access to the beach via the trail system too!

“We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed and the pool was a huge hit with the whole family. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made us feel so welcome — truly top-notch communication from start to finish. Would absolutely stay here again!“

What a great house! It's the perfect distance from the beach and in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. We especially liked the well equipped kitchen, as we love to cook. The kids loved the bunks, and it's great to have two king size bedrooms. Will definitely stay again.

Coastal Memories is an awesome home that is beautifully decorated and maintained! It has everything you could want in a vacation home - lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, and best of all a great pool complete with pool toys and pool service to keep it crystal clear! It is also a very short walk to a pristine beach. The house has beach chairs, beach toys and a great cart to bring it all back and forth to the beach! My grandchildren said it is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in! And we totally agree with them! Also John our host from JKSAbbott Group was the best host we have ever worked with! He was so cordial and welcoming! John answered every question we had so quickly ! Thank you John for being the perfect host!

Coastal Memories does not disappoint! We enjoyed our time in Sea Pines immensely! This well appointed beautiful beach home was the perfect choice for our family. This accommodations were lovely and quite comfortable! The proximity to the beach was wonderful, and our grands enjoyed the pool every afternoon. The property manager, Jonathon was terrific! We will definitely be back to stay at Coastal Memories in the future!
