Master Suite was a highlight, but the home needs some editing. The master bedroom is spacious and well-designed; however, the rest of the home felt overly furnished and cluttered. While pets are technically allowed, the lack of outdoor space made it difficult to walk my dog. Inside, the kitchen drawers were unorganized, and some decor (like the cutting board and dining table fruit) felt worn and should be replaced. Additionally, the upstairs temperature remained uncomfortably warm, and sound travels easily from the lower level.
The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our favorite spot was sitting in the rocking chairs on the back deck taking in the amazing view. So peaceful and relaxing!

Thank you so much for sharing. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the home. Cannot wait for a revisit. Take care.
Yes internet was fast. The house was lovely, the views were great, and the kitchen was reasonably stocked for cooking. The bed in the Main bedroom was also very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, for a Fall weekend. The gas fireplace kept the house warm. I would book it again. My only concern was that we never received the lock code ahead of arrival, and had to find a telephone number for the host. Thankfully he answered.
We just wanted to relax and have a good family time and we just did that. The cabin was beautiful, peaceful and just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin in Boone, North Carolina. The cabin was spacious with beautiful views. The adirondack chairs on the deck were awesome. The cabin was close to town with restaurants and shops.

Thank you so much for sharing. Our staffs greatest reward is hearing that our hard work along with an awesome home contributed to a wonderful stay for our guest. We hope to have you as our guest again in the very near future.
This cabin is perfect in so many ways. It feels rustic but with every amenity. The view is outstanding with great birding if you like birdwatching. It is close to trails and tourist areas. We will definitely stay again.

Thank yo so much sharing. We are thrilled that the home exceeded your expectations and we hope a revisit is in the works soon.
My friends and I had been talking for years about doing a girls weekend, so this year we swore it would happen. We wanted a cabin with a view, and Briar Rose did NOT disappoint! The absolute peace and serenity was exactly what we needed. It's a short drive into town if groceries are needed (and yes, Instacart and Walmart deliver if you forget anything!). Everything about it was perfect. Thanks so much for a great weekend!

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are thrilled that you had a great time and that the property met your needs. Its our fondest hope that you will revisit, sooner rather than later.
The home was nice and had the kitchen items needed to be able to cook/bake. The view was incredible and the host team was responsive. The master bed was very comfortable and we found extra pillows in the closet which was nice. The gas fireplace was wonderful as well as the fireplace on the back porch. The main reason for three stars instead of five are: the master bath had zero spare towels. There were only two so if we wanted a fresh towel we had to do laundry. The wood floors in the master suite are separating to the point you can see through to the first floor therefore there was no privacy. There were also live bugs throughout the home and dead bugs in all the windows. We booked for 10 nights, but were only provided enough paper for about three to four. Then we had to go purchase toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. for the balance of the trip. There are items you expect to supply yourself like shampoo, laundry soap, but TP and PT I would expect to have enough for the duration of the stay.
We were extremely happy with everything except the air conditioning. House was beautiful, scenery breathtaking, views were awesome, air conditioning was broke. The first two days it was warm in the mountains and we roasted in the home. Management company sent out repair teams 4 or 5 times, finally got the air conditioning repaired after two days. Luckily it cooled off the last two days and we were very comfortable. We had a great time, shopped, hiked, enjoyed the beauty of the mountains; however, we will not stay in this house again nor will we stay in any of the properties managed by the management company. All of the employees sent out to the house were helpful, concerned, great guys but the a/c did not work and we roasted.

Thank Harry for sharing. We apologize about the air conditioning, it is aggravating when things break that cant be repaired instantly. I was heartened to see that you were compensated for the time spent without the use of the air conditioning, since your departure the HVAC has been running optimally so we hope a revisit is in the cards.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home. We are thrilled to hear that the home met your needs as well as expectations. We look forward to welcoming you back here at the home in the very near future.
