Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The one thing missing is salt and pepper to use for cooking otherwise the condo is well supplied with dishes, pots and pans.

Nice place close to the beach

Cute place. Small outside area for the dog. Very close to the beach and so many restaurants. Only complaint is how light it is the master bedroom. Was hard to sleep past sunrise, but the downstairs bedroom was dark and quieter.

We had the BEST time! Only 3 blocks from the ocean. We walked there multiple times a day with 2 toddlers. The apartment is beautifully decorated/updated. The full kitchen and laundry were a huge plus with our kids. We would 100% stay here again! Our host was very responsive when we had questions and had so many extras packed in for us like sand toys and beach chairs. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent time in Cocoa Beach!

The pictures of the walk to the Ocean actually make it seem farther away than it is! Quick walk and you are there! And we DID see Kelly Slater our first day right by the ocean entrance! The house is nice - I would live there. So many restaurants in walking distance. And it’s also quieter and less touristy than 2 miles up the way by Ron Jon, which we liked. We want to come back and would stay here again!

Walking distance to beach and restaurants

Place needs more improvements. Had a musty smell. Patio area needs updated. Both bathroom tubs need to be updated. We enjoy walking to the beach and all restaurants near our stay.
