Come and stay with us at this ground floor single story 1 bedroom apartment! Fresh out of a complete renovation, it is immaculate and clean and the perfect place for your next vacation to St Augustine with your furry friend and loved ones! Located in Vilano Beach, a five minute drive to historic downtown St Augustine, and steps to the beach, only three houses from the beach boardwalk. Walking distance to Publix shopping center and numerous restaurants. Great fishing! Side fenced yard, nice covered patio with comfortable seating and table for dining al fresco. Fully stocked kitchen , basket style drip coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator. Flat screen TV in living room with wifi connection/ streaming service. Beach chairs/wagon/umbrella provided.

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, bathroom (brand new and beautiful), King size bed in bedroom. This is the perfect affordable, updated space. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our vacation rentals, book with us and let us give you the vacation you deserve! This is in an awesome foot friendly neighborhood, you can walk to numerous beach access points and restaurants and the Publix shopping center , watch the sun rise, or sunset from the beach!

Please let us know if you will be traveling with a dog, so that we can quote you a pet fee to be added on. It will be based on the weight/breed of dog, and length of stay. Please note we are only able to accommodate one dog up to 40 lbs and no breeds on the restricted breed list per insurance regulation. Side yard for your dog and front patio for enjoying some fresh air. Please no smoking. Discounted rates available for longer term stays .

This was our third time staying at this location and it is an absolute favorite of ours. You can’t beat the location, we love being just steps away from the beach and its pet friendly so we get to bring our fur baby! We love walking the neighborhood and admiring all the beautiful homes in the area. Love the grill and Publix being right around the corner. We will definitely be coming back for a fourth stay!

Everything was as shown in the photos and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also perfect four our puppy with an area for her to roam around and also fenced in. The property manager was beyond responsive and was available with any questions we had. The apartment was perfect for two people and we are extremely happy with how close it was to the beach. We highly recommend to anyone looking to book a place by the beach.

Our second time staying here and we just love it so much!! It’s super clean, full kitchen with all the pots and pans, a grill, it’s just steps away from the beach access, Publix is right around the corner and most importantly it’s dog friendly!! This home was exactly what we were looking for in an extended weekend get-a-way for two. The home is steps from the beach and all the beach necessities are provided, though we did bring our own. The area is close to the downtown historic district but far enough away to be nice a quiet. Everything we needed was provided and the home is nicely decorated and outfitted.While we did experience the overwhelming smell mentioned in another review, we do NOT believe it is mold in any way. We believe it is more of a chemical smell, used during the recent renovation. We left the windows cracked when we were away from the house and sprayed it down with some OZIUM, and the smell was far less bothersome. Overall the place was great, communication was amazing, and we hope to visit here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Really nice getaway!

Place is nicely renovated and one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at in the area. The bed is a little uncomfortable, but we got an egg crate and that made it much more comfortable. Love the patio area and there is a hose outside to rinse off etc. We would definitely stay again!

the apartment was newly remodeled, clean and had a nice sitting area in front as well as a small yard for our fur baby; not to mention the perfect location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property itself was clean, but gave it one star because of the over powering noxious smell. It was hard to tell what kind of smell..chemical or mold. Literally permeated all our clothes and felt like we were being poisoned. We tried very hard to air it out and that made little difference We left a day early just to escape it. I feel VRBO needs to do an inspection of this property. Nobody should be subjected to that and have to pay for it on top of it. It could make a sensitive person very ill. Which is unfortunate because the space was nicely done and updated and hosts were pleasant.

Vilano Beach 2023

Everything about the place was wonderful and the place matched the posted pictures. The walk to the water was about two minutes. Very close to Publix as well. If I return to Vilano Beach, this will be the first place I look to stay again.

Nice spot to get away
