Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash must be placed in the dumpster labeled HOA in rear of building. Dumpster lock code is 8280, please re-lock dumpster when done.
Please send a message when checked out, this prompts the cleaning company to resent for our next arriving guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This unit is located on the historic board walk in Downtown Grand Lake. Noted for being "The Soul of the Rockies," you can walk to many locations to enjoy The Rocky Mountain National Park, the lake or a stroll down Main St.

From our deck you can enjoy many things, the view of the mountains, the lake, and if you happen to be here when fireworks are displayed, you will have the BEST view.

Once checked into our place you do not need a vehicle. You can walk to anything you want and enjoy the many things that Grand Lake has to offer.
