I loved my stay in this apartment! Beautifully clean, a decent size, and nicely designed space located in a peaceful street in a great neighborhood that is walking distance from the Acropolis with tons of great restaurants. All communication with hosts was prompt and extremely polite. Even after my flight was delayed Nikos was patient and kind and went above and beyond to ensure I accessed the apartment easily. Perfect place to stay with everything I needed thoughtfully provided. I hope to book it again one day - and wonderful there is a nice electric piano tor guests to enjoy. Thank you!

Lovely spot, near to the subway and to lots of restaurants including the 24/7 bread factory which was one MVP of our trip. Only removing 1 star because the day we arrived there was no handsoap, shower supplies or replacement toilet paper in the building so we had to russle some up. There was a tiny drain clog in the shower that a quick maintenance will surely fix. Our host helped us with a same-day drop off of some supplies later that evening so we were well taken care of. We also had some back and forth getting the correct wifi details. A written card with those details in the apartment would solve that 100%. Overall a solid jumping off point for our trip; we're happy!

Der Schlüssel wurde nicht wie vorab genau vereinbart direkt übergebenEs fehlte für 2 Personen die Bettwäsche, wir mussten um 3Uhr nachts mit 3 Kindern aufwendig suchen und selbst beziehen Am Erde wurde zudem zweistellig Cash nachgefordert. Obwohl wir 100 mehrere Monate vorab schon bezahlt hatten.Unverschämt

We would like to clarify several important points: You were provided with clear check-in instructions in advance. Our house rules explicitly mention the Climate Resilience Fee of €8 per night, which is a legal obligation under Greek law. For your 3-night stay, this amounted to €24. This requirement is clearly stated both in the listing description and in the house rules, which must be accepted before confirming a reservation. Despite our polite reminder and the option for convenient electronic payment, your response was dismissive and indicated a refusal to comply. We make every effort to provide a respectful and welcoming experience, and we expect the same from our guests. Unfortunately, your overall conduct both in communication and in disregarding basic policies made this a challenging and disappointing experience on our end.
