The third floor includes two primary bedrooms and two bunk bedrooms. The larger primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, workspace, bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and stone-tiled steam shower, plus sliding-door access to a large covered balcony with beach and palm tree views.



A second primary bedroom includes a California King bed, 27-inch TV, private bathroom, beach-facing window, and sliding-door access to the third-floor balcony.



The first bunk bedroom offers queen bunk beds, beach and ocean views, a separate vanity, a shared bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bunk bedroom includes a queen bed on the bottom bunk and a Twin XL bed on top, plus beanbag chairs and a 50-inch TV for gaming, cartoons, or movies.



Private Heated Pool, Yard & Outdoor Dining

A private fenced yard and private heated pool create a dedicated outdoor setting for your group. The pool area is accessible from the first-floor primary bedroom, with an outdoor grill and dining area for meals outside.



The property also includes a spiral staircase from the second-floor covered deck to the pool area. The wide balconies and verandahs provide additional space for relaxing, spending time with family and friends, and taking in the Gulf views.



Please note that spa heat is available for an additional fee of $55 per day plus applicable taxes from October through April.
