Relax in a villa with 180 degree sea views in the peaceful and beautiful area of Ladera del Mar, just outside Nerja. Enjoy your privat pool (pool heating available at extra cost), garden, patio with barbecue, and several terraces. The association also has a communal pool. The villa has a living room, kitchen, TV room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. In the tower there is a study with a breathtaking view. It is 3.5 km to the "balcony" in central Nerja and 750 m to the nearest beach.
