The most perfect villa we’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic communication from the hosts with really useful info before travel. Lovely welcome from their local host with a welcome food package that just put the icing on the cake. The views from the villa are incredible, everything you could possibly need is there and they’ve thought of everything. The pool was crystal clear all week. The villa manages to feel like you’re staying in a lovely home rather than a tourist hire. I would 100% recommend. Amazing value for money.

Thank you very much Kate for your really lovely review. We are delighted that the villa was everything you wanted for your holiday. We sincerely try our best to make the villa a home from home. We have a lot of returning clients who say that the place is like their 2nd home. Perhaps we will see you again sometime too. In the meantime, welcome home to the not so inviting UK weather! Take care. Toni and Tony x

Our stay at this villa was even better than expected. The views are amazing from every window and terrace no matter the weather. A lovely, quiet neighborhood in April with privacy both inside and out of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped and we spent many hours around the table in the protected outdoor dining area gazing at the Mediterranean. It is perfectly situated for day trips to the Nerja caves, Frigiliana, La Herradura, and Malaga. Other than some creaky, lumpy beds, it was a dream home. We hope to return sometime in the future to explore more of the region.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning villa. We have a family of 7 which was the perfect space for us. Our host John was there to greet us on arrival and was full of tips for our stay. The view from the villa was so stunning and we felt so relaxed. We loved the pool, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas when you want to cool down. We loved coming back to the villa in the evening, just chilling on the veranda with a glass of wine. The walk into town is around 35 minutes, lovely walk along the beach with plenty to see makes it all the more enjoyable. Theres a beach around 10 minute walk with a lovely wee restaurant beside it. We didn't eat here but enjoyed the cocktails. We used the local taxis to go in town every night, they cost around 8 to 10 euro and took about 5 to 10 minutes. Lots of beautiful bars and restaurants in town, not so many around the villa but that wasn't a problem we liked venturing into town. We loved this villa and Nerja so much so we booked our stay for next year before we left. Thanks to John and Tony for ensuring we had the perfect stay.

Fabulous villa in a lovely area

We had a great time in this lovely villa - very spacious and extremely well equipped. Comfy beds and lots of outdoor areas to use in a beautifully looked after garden. Great area to explore too with lots of nice restaurants, beaches and things to do to keep everyone happy. Pool was great too! Thankyou!

A wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the villa were breathtaking. The villa was exactly as described.Tony's communication from booking was excellent. John on arrival was great. A font of knowledge for the local area. We were allowed an early check in time which was perfect for us but as communicated did impact slightly on the cleanliness under the sofas.Overall an excellent 5 star villa. 5 star location. Great hosts. We will definitely be returning.

Superb villa and brilliant hosts

We had a wonderful holiday in this amazing villa, which has incredible views and is in a really peaceful urbanisation in Nerja. It is well equipped and the pool was wonderful to cool off in. Nerja town centre is easily accessible by bus/taxi, with many great restaurants to choose from. The communication from Tony throughout the booking process was excellent, as was the greeting and check in from John when we arrived at the villa. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a lovely part of Spain.

Amazing holiday

Beautiful villa with amazing pool area and stunning sea views. The accommodation has everything you need, communication with the owners beforehand was perfect and thanks to John for meeting us on arrival, very helpful and friendly. The walk up the hill to the villa is steep which we walked a few times but generally got the bus from the bottom of the hill into Nerja and a taxi back. Our group was two families of four and we all had a fantastic holiday.

Wonderful views!

Great villa - well equipped for kids with gates on stairs, high chairs and toy room. Self Check in and check out was super easy and property manager very helpful and quick with feedback. Additional access to communal pool was welcome during the week. The views are stunning, this brings a big hill and means driving everywhere is the only downfall. Excellent beach restaurant close by and a short trip in Nerja recommended

What a view!

Fantastic 2 weeks in April. The weather provided an unexpected bonus with a record-breaking heatwave, but even if the weather had been normal for April, we would still be saying we had a fantastic time. Nerja is a little(?) gem and the villas location, just outside Nerja in a quite urbanisation, for us was perfect. We drove down from the U.K. and this made a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area, including Frigliana, Competa and visit to San Miguel Castle in Almuñécar. We would definitely stay here again!

A slice of heaven!

Just finished a fabulous 2 week stay in the mist amazing villa. 2 parents and 4 teen/20s children stayed and had the best time. The villa was beautiful and of the best quality and the pool area was to die for! Tony and John made the booking and stay so easy, we were even allowed to enter the property much earlier on our arrival day. Nerja is a gorgeous place but very hilly, we certainly worked off a lot of the amazing food we ate! Just the most amazing 2 weeks in a little slice of heaven.

Fantastic villa

From the word go out hosts could not have been more helpful . The Villa is all it said in the description and more and the best equipped place we have ever stayed in . Perfect for a partial self catering holiday with family ranging from baby to over 80 . Although possibly not suitable if you had mobility problems . A few bars in walking distance and hundreds in Nerja . Tony’s recommendations are well worth trying particularly the tapas .

A beautiful house with a stunning view.

We stayed at this fantastic house for a week in october. We were there with our children and grandchildren. We liked it very much. Each family had their own bathroom and the house was very well equipped. Our grandchildren really appreciated the TV/play room. The house was situated in a very peaceful and quiet area and it was also near to the centre of Nerja. We will absolutely recommend this house!!!!

Great location, great views and a happy home away from home.

The property was well maintained - it felt like home. We felt welcomed upon our arrival when the owner had left us a box of goodies including a bottle of wine. Rooms where comfortable and clean. The view was special - the only thing we could have asked for was a little more sun. Not the owner's fault as we were told the weather was abnormal. Nerja was within walking distance and we made the trek almost every day. We'd certainly come again.

Mr Mark and Jannene Rutherford

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The accommodation was terrific, first class and top notch. There was more than enough room for all 8 of us. A touch of class which we all enjoyed. Our family ventured out to Nerja on 3 occassions, you really do need a car, however the local taxi service is efficient and cheap €5 each way. The pool is fantastic which we all took advantage of. I would definately book this villa, you will ha e a smile on your face all holoday 5 star plus. Amazing

Family Holiday August 2022

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at this beautiful and very comfortable villa, with amazing panoramic sea views! The villa, garden and swimming pool were an absolute delight and the children also thoroughly enjoyed the playroom toys and TV movies. We also enjoyed visiting the lovely communal swimming pool on several occasions. Thank you Tony for sharing your villa and providing lots of information of the local area; and thank you John, from Burriana Properties, for being so helpful during our stay. We have made some very precious family holiday memories!
