Escape to our beautifully updated 3-bed, 3-bath home in Historic Downtown Leesburg, perfect for 5 guests. Enjoy a private backyard with a smokeless fire pit, and fully equipped kitchen. Just a short walk to downtown's best restaurants, shops, and breweries. Ideal for wedding weekends, family trips, and getaways. One of several homes in the Historic Leesburg Stays collection — locally hosted, thoughtfully restored rentals across historic Leesburg and Loudoun wine country.

Families: This home has a Pack 'n Play (please bring your own bedding for it) and kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils. Every home has a high chair available during your stay — just let us know before you arrive that you'll need one, along with your child's age, so we can have the right chair ready.

Coffee & Tea: We provide a drip coffee maker with locally roasted coffee from Loco Beans, plus a selection of teas. The home also has a Nespresso Vertuo machine — if you'd like to use it, please bring your own Nespresso Vertuo pods (the dome-shaped pods with a barcode on the rim). Original-line Nespresso pods and most "Nespresso-compatible" pods will not fit this machine. Vertuo pods are sold on the Nespresso website and at many local grocery stores.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM. We love getting guests in early whenever the schedule allows. We'll let you know by noon the day before if an earlier check-in is available, and there's no charge for it.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. It is well appointed and in an amazing location. The beds were comfortable!The area was so walkable and safe. Our teenagers explored the historic district and loved finding the vinyl shop! The restaurant options could not be beat. We will definitely come back again for another visit.

My sisters and I were looking for a place to stay to explore the area and visit Harper's Ferry and Leesburg worked well for us.The house was comfortable and well appointed. I found the stairs rather difficult, especially coming down but otherwise, all was great.Excellent restaurants were nearby.
