Excellent communication with the hosts. The room was perfect for what we needed, extremely comfortable and practical, so close to the strip and the MGM grand not to mention the Starbucks in the lobby. It was the perfect location, just far enough away to get some peace and quiet but still be in walking distance to all the action. Would highly reccomend a stay here.

I had an amazing time stay at Signature MGM Studios PH. It was impressively clean and beautiful. The host communicated with me before and throughout the process. I didn’t have much luck at the casino though. Maybe next time. The only suggestion I have is to add chairs on the balcony so your guests can have that true balcony experience. For me, this would have put my experience over the top. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay again and recommend it to all my family and friends.

It was nice to have a kitchen and a fridge for my stay in Vegas. Uber pickup is super easy. The view was great, and check in was straightforward. If you want to stay away from the madness of a casino, this is a great option! Would stay again!

The Signature is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. This property was very clean and the host was communicative, even checking in mid-stay to make sure I was comfortable. This unit is in Tower 1 which is very close to the MGM Grand. It has more space than many hotels in Vegas, especially for the price. I loved that I had access to MGM’s pool complex. This unit has a nice sized balcony. I also appreciated the cook top, microwave, and fridge. I highly recommend this property.

Nice Clean Comfy

The place and room were really nice, clean and the bed was so comfortable! Big bathroom and good location to restaurants, just a little ways from the strip.
