This condo has a great location and was clean. The beds were comfortable but all other furniture needs to be replaced. The drier does not heat up to dry and there is no hot water in the kitchen!

We had an amazing time. We enjoyed the place. It was very convenient to a lot of things that we wanted to do as well as the beach that was a problem with the fancy tub because that was the reason why we chose the place to have a nice bath, but it leaked as soon as we got in it all over the floor. And the dryer doesn’t work. It only has cool air going through it so we had to go down stairs to dry our clothes

Great price, right on the seawall. Road noise, because the condo is on the 2nd floor, is significant. Strange black glossy tile throughout is odd.

The room was dirty when we arrived. The stove, the water in shower, and we couldn’t cook or take a shower. There is a deep step in the front bathroom that I fell down and it threw me in bathtub. We never got the WiFi to work. The front desk was no help at all. I’ll never stay there again!

We wanted to stay with easy access to the beach and it delivered. Everything was as advertised. Comfortable beds and a nice living space for 4. Only thing we had a problem with was the oven not working.

There are so many things wrong with this place. The freezer did not make ice. It smelled like there was spoiled fish in it, made all in refrigerator taste bad. There were lights out the kitchen area. The stove top did not work. The reverse osmosis did not work. No dishwasher.The humidifier did not work. The exit to the balcony was very dangerous and it had a rising on it that you would trip on. Cheap chairs outside on balcony, uncomfortable.The 2nd bedroom had a big black tub that was unusable, it was gross and we could not use it. and it was in the bedroom. The toilet had a step to get to it and the sink was stopped up. The main bedroom had a threshold to step over that was just wood sticking out of the entry way. You needed a manual to operate the shower. the hot water faucet did not work, the cold did but it was either scalding or cold water.For the money, this place is not worth it. The owner needs to do maintenance on this unit.

A few problems with this property. The dryer did not work. The bathtub can not be used, due to having an inadequate water heater. The owner promptly sent a repair man when we called, but it was not a solvable problem. The shower gets the bathroom very wet. The pretty white chairs are very stained. There are missing transition strips in the flooring. During our stay there was also an issue with one of the other tenants in the building setting their condo on fire.
