Regency Cabanas is a gated, waterfront townhome community located on the Gulf. It has two pools and a short walk (approximately 175ft to beach, no roads to cross) to white sandy beaches and sparkling water. This unit is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. It is three levels, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is the largest of the floor plans boasting almost 2600 sq. ft. There is plenty of room for everyone!

Ground level includes a private oversized three car garage equipped with Foosball table, beach and pool toys, lounge chairs, cooler, and a wagon to take to the beach! RVs and trailers are not permitted.

On the main level of this beautiful, luxury cabana, you will find a large living and dining area that opens onto an exterior covered terrace overlooking a duck pond and a community pool.

Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with oak cabinets and granite countertops. The high end kitchen includes a large stainless steel refrigerator, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and both regular and Keurig coffeemakers, and a wine cooler. Open the sliding pocket door in the kitchen to reveal a laundry room equipped full sized washer and dryer, and a deep sink.

Also conveniently located on this level is a bedroom with a queen bed, and adjoining full bath. This bedrooms has views of the Sound.

On the upper level you will find a master bedroom suite with windows overlooking the pond and pool. Although there is no direct beach view, you can catch a glimpse of the Gulf. This suite includes a master bath featuring a large soaking tub with tile surround, glass enclosed shower, private toilet room and two separate vanities.

The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed, and a bunk bed. It also has direct access to a full bath with tub/shower. It has views of the pool and the Sound. The third bedroom on this level features two triple bunk beds views of the second pool and the Sound.

Additional unit amenities include outdoor grill, complimentary high speed internet and convenient garage parking. Enjoy the two swimming pools at the complex and easy beach access from the dune walkover.

This townhome is located on the quiet residential end of the island, so you won't have to fight crowds on the beach. The trolley also stops just outside the complex, so during the summer, you can park the car and ride to the Boardwalk, shopping or dining areas.

Regency Cabanas is just minutes from entertainment, shopping and dining.
