This is the resort I have enjoyed every winter for 20 years, Coming from a Northern state, the winter sunshine is so nice. We enjoy snorkeling, swimming, walking the marina, and access to groceries in walking distance. My hope is that others can enjoy my extra weeks at my cost.

Why they chose this property

To stay in a resort right on the beach is the best part. It is just down the steps to walk the beach. We whale watch from our balcony with binoculars. My first night I saw a moon river coming right across the ocean to the restaurant.

What makes this property unique

It is in view of the Arch and walking distance to the marina in Cabo San Lucas. Also a taxi run by the resort is a very reasonable price. A trolley takes you to the Palmita market and grill. With three resorts on the same campus their are 12 choices of restaurants.
