BRAND NEW custom lakefront A-Frame Cabin w/ modern amenities but yet still a throwback to it's roots. Entire home was built NEW in 2022. Lake front property is fun for the whole family all your round. You'll love the stylish cottage & all the outdoor living/playing. Close walk to your own private dock (2 boat slips) and a boat ramp SUPER CLOSE. Located right on Kerr Lake (aka Buggs Island). Hot Tub (operational during fall and winter only) and Outdoor shower too! Mid Century Modern. No pets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all used bed linens (fitted sheet, top sheet, pillow cases) and bath towels and START a “normal” cycle wash. *BONUS* Points if you can flip the wash and get them started in the dryer 😉
Please do NOT wash the comforters, blankets, or pillow shams (we have those on a different cleaning schedule).
There’s a battery powered stick vacuum in the utility closet and/or plug-in vacuum in the kitchen closet. And some other cleaning supplies as needed under the kitchen sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A great place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay! The lake was beautiful and it was so peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We live fulltime in Richmond, VA but my wife's family has owned property at the lake since the 1980's. Her childhood was filled with fond memories of the many trips they'd make down to the lake, the friends they'd bring with them, and the fun they'd have out on the water. Now that we own a property there...we're excited to share it with others to enjoy.

Our family owns several properties on this very street and we actually have family origins back to the very ones that Kimball Point is named after.
